MEC Enhances Sales Support in Southern California

Milwaukee, WI – MEC, The Milwaukee Electronics Corporation, has signed a manufacturer’s representation agreement with QuadRep Technologies in Capistrano Beach, CA. The firm will support MEC’s sales effort in Southern California.

“The agreement with QuadRep Technologies focuses additional sales support on the Southern California marketplace in two ways. First, it supports our MEC Southwest facility in Tecate, Mexico. Second, it helps us better focus on key niche industries in that market such as aerospace/defense, instrumentation and medical that may represent good prospects for our facilities in Oregon or Wisconsin,” said Hani Malek, MEC’s national
sales and marketing manager.

“We are impressed with MEC’s combination of rapid prototyping and full service contract manufacturing and see strong demand for it in our region. Being able to offer both domestic and Mexican manufacturing options is also a very positive selling point within the territory we cover,” said Bill Myers, president QuadRep Technologies.
